Blanca´s Baptism

Blanca is truly converted to the Savior! She has been purified through the trials she has had in her life and with the help of the Lord she has found the straight and narrow path. Since taking her first step in this path she knew that it would bring her unto salvation and Eternal Life. She has not missed church since the first week she attended. She put into practice every principle we taught her. Her family is not supporting her in her decision, yet she continues firm in the faith with hope that they will listen to the gospel and we likewise pray for them and know the Lord will soften their hearts.

Bautismo De Blanca

Blanca es una convertida! Ella realmente fue pulida con muchas pruebas en su vida y ella con ayuda del señor encontró el sendero estrecho y angosto, desde que ella dio el primer paso en este sendero ella supo que es el que conduce a la salvación y a la vida eterna pues desde el primer domingo que asistió no ha faltado ni uno solo y cada cosa que enseñamos lo pone en práctica, su familia actualmente no la están apoyando en su decisión pero ella sigue firme y con fe de que ellos escucharan este evangelio y nosotros de la misma manera oramos por ellos y sabemos que el señor ablandara sus corazones.

 

Sister América´s Baptism

Sister América was a reference we received from a member. Since the moment we met her we felt that she was very special, even though she told us that she would not attend any church until she was convinced it was right to do so. When we had our second visit that same week she asked if she could come and bring her family without us inviting her. When we set a baptismal date with her we mentioned that it might sound very soon, yet she interrupted us and said that it was not too soon and that this was what she had been waiting for. That she had prayed unto God that He would give her a congregation to join and told us that we were the answer to her prayers. She has attended since that first week and on the third Sunday she told us she wanted to be baptized, then we just waited until she had all the necessary attendances. She has made a covenant with God and now has been interviewed to receive a calling! She is incredible! We are very happy and she continues to progress in the ward and she speaks with everyone about the gospel. She has even been reactivating members. Without a doubt our Heavenly Father is giving us success, we will continue doing our best.

Bautismo De Hermana América

Hna América fue una referencia de miembro. Desde el momento que le visitamos sentimos que ella era muy especial, a pesar que nos dijo que no iría a ninguna iglesia hasta sentirse convencida de ir. Hicimos una segunda visita en la misma semana y sin invitarle a la iglesia ella nos preguntó si podría ir y si podía llevar a su familia. Al fijarle fecha meta comentamos que tal vez suene pronto y ella nos interrumpió diciendo que no es pronto porque es lo que ella había estado esperando, había estado orando porque Dios pudiese darle una congregación y nos expresó que fuimos la respuesta a sus oraciones. Asistió desde el primer domingo y al tercer domingo nos dijo que ya quería bautizarse y sólo esperamos a que tuviese todas las asistencias. Ella ha hecho un convenio con Dios ahora y ya ha sido entrevistada para un llamamiento! Ella es increíble! Estamos muy felices y sigue progresando en el barrio y a  todos les habla del evangelio, incluso ya está activando miembros.  Sin duda Nuestro Padre Celestial está dándonos el éxito, hay que seguir esforzándonos.
