*We carry the Book of Mormon in our hands,
we must also carry it in our hearts.
~The Book of Mormon contains the gospel of
Jesus Christ and leads us to Him.
~We must know where the promises to the
people here in Mexico are found in
the Book of Mormon and focus on
them in our teachings.
~Are we sharing these promises with our investigators?
~Teaching our investigators how to read
the scriptures
Read with a question, concern, or worry in mind.
*Urgency in this work.
*We must be more effective in our labors
*How to know if the people we meet
have been prepared to hear and accept
our message.
*How to know if those we meet are not
ready and prepared to hear and accept.
I introduced the Light the World
Christmas Initiative 2017
While Jesus Christ was on the earth, he declared,
I am the Light of the World - it is one of His sacred titles.
He taught His followers that as they learned of Him and
followed Him….they would become lights to others.
*Ye are the light of the world. *We are lights to those around us.
How can we share that light?
Service!
Our hope is that through
*small and simple acts of service
*we can spread the light of Christ
*helping others to feel the love of the Savior
*through genuine kindness.
We watched the new Light the World video
We brainstormed ways to implement this initiative.
We set goals and made some plans.
