Missionaries are safe and well

Dear parents and loved ones,

Hurricane Patricia hit the beaches of Manzanillo and Vallarta yesterday with hard rain and high winds.  All missionaries are safe and were in other areas closer inland.
President Clayton had worked with President Rios the Manzanillo District President to created one of their chapels as safe house for members who needed a secure place during the storm with food and water and such.

President talked to President Rios first thing this morning, and he said everyone is ok.
That the member in Manzanillo are digging out.  They experienced excessive rain and hard winds, but the clean up will be mostly mud and water damage.

I want to repeat again, that all missionaries in our mission are safe and in other cities with other companionship's and were out of the storm completely.

Our reports yesterday from each zone leader throughout our mission, was that each area experienced rain and wind through out the day. but once again, every missionary is safe and well.

Much love,
President and Sister Clayton
